Awful experience. Thought i was dealing with a local reputable company and saved up to be able to afford one of their sofas. It is so uncomfortable i literally cannot bare sitting on it. It hurts me its so firm. i thought i would get good customer service to resolve my issue as was promised when i purchased. However i was ignored and shouted at down the ohone.

At one point i was told they dont guarantee comfort.? They knew i had a hip disability and advised me accordingly. However other people have sat on my sofa and cannot believe how bad it is. its like sitting on a rock. the proportions are all wrong. to deep to sit upright but no lower back support. its so uncomfortable. its over a year now and i am looking to replace all the cushions with another company.

Maybe this company are fine if nothing goes wrong but when it does Wow. The rudeness and disrespect is astounding. I have never been shouted at and treated the way they treated me. A very expensive mistake that i wont make again. please think before you buy from this company. i would hate anyone to go through what I have.

Excellent locally produced furniture: Our two 20 year old sofas have lasted well, and they cheerfully refilled the 20 year old cushions to make them as good as new! Our two sofas were especially made at different heights to suit each of us.
