The wardrobes are beautifully made and fitted into bedroom perfectly but arrived without the sliding doors or second shelf. Doors fitted next day but still waiting on shelf after a week of being fitted so unable to give 5 stars as unable to use corner wardrobe as promised.

We are in love with our custom made wardrobe, designed inside too to ensure we maximise our space! The wardrobe designer was amazing and transparent when it came to pricing. As first time homeowners, this was refreshing as many people have tried to rip us off. The fit was easy and hassle free and done within a few hours. Super happy.

We ordered three doors to replace some old ones in our new home. Delivery team were very polite and the doors are top quality. We had a slight issue but a lovely lady in the office resolved that and was brilliant. Thank you.

I have jut had a 3 door grey glass wardrobe fitted and found this company were very good and competitively priced. The process started with a visit from a sales rep with a great selection of the products available. On the fitting day the wardrobe was delivered in the morning and fitted in the afternoon. I am very pleased with the beautiful result.

Very helpful staff. Quite a good range of doors in a variety of colours although the interiors seem to be a little bit limited. They also have a 3 month lead time for fitting

I went in to look at the wardrobe doors before purchasing. The customer service was appalling, told unless I showed the blonde women my exempt certificate that I wasn't welcome, how rude and unprofessional when I am exempt. Told I could have a quick look but if anyone else came in a must leave. This was coming from a women not wearing a mask. Utterly disgusting way to speak to customers. Been sat on furlough too long forgetting you work in a customer driven environment

I'm gutted but would not recommend. Decided to try sliding door wardrobe company after a recommendation from a friend. 1st wardrobe was installed but we can't open the door because the soft close is stopping it, when we reported it, we were told that "we were advised this would happen" which we were not as we would not have ordered a wardrobe. which doesn't open and soft closes are an absolute must in our house due to cats opening doors.

The solution was an unsightly stick-on handle which would have made a minimalist wardrobe look awful. (They didn't tell us it was stick on until they turned up to fix it). The second wardrobe - they forgot to fit soft-closes which we paid good money for, .

My wardrobe rail fell from the ceiling as soon as I started to put clothes on it. It had been attached to the plasterboard with short screws and little plastic wall plugs, not proper plasterboard fittings. Even worse, it is going to take them over 3 weeks to come out to fix it, leaving me with no wardrobes, so my husband had to sort it out. Not what I expect from an expensive fitted wardrobe.

Had wardrobes fitted in two rooms of an old house where walls don't like to be straight! The joiner done a fantastic job and all in one day too, he never stopped. I am absolutely delighted with them and would highly recommend you.

We recently had new sliding wardrobes built by the sliding wardrobe company and they look fantastic! Unfortunately, due to Covid we couldn't give the fitter a cuppa, but he was happy just to get on with his fitting! The wardrobes look amazing! The finish is great, so tidy looking, we cannot fault them; measurers, customer service and fitters were all fantastic! I would highly recommend this company for your wardrobes. Thank you.

Showroom was very easy to find and access. Well set out with many examples of bedroom furniture designs and setups to view. Appointment made for visit to home and carried out within 6 days. The visit was excellent and the design consultant took full account of our needs and requirements and gave very helpful advise. Overall very pleased with company and final price was reasonable for our wardrobe to be supplied and fitted.

Fantastic from first contacting them. designer came spot on time and offered professional helpful advice, was very clear he was good at his job. Any calls with the customer.er service team.were very professional and when the fitter arrived (Barry) he was extremely pleasant as were the delivery drivers. The end product was just as I'd imagined, 2 wardrobes completed in one day, with no mess whatsoever. The units are very sturdy and have been built to perfection. Thank you and can definitely recommend The sliding door wardrobe co.

We love our new wardrobes. From the staff in the showroom, the home planning / measuring up visit to the delivery and fitting, everyone was efficient and friendly. We were informed of all of the options to meet our needs, and had a lot of say in how we wanted it to look internally and externally. On the day of fitting, we were consulted about finishing touches, and it is a very professional result.

All agreed timescales were met. The fitters completed everything in half a day and left no mess. We would definitely recommend The Sliding Door Wardrobe Company as our room has been completely transformed. Thank you.

For the benefit of anyone else attending the showroom; it's not like Jackson the Tailors used to be where sales assistants would be measuring your inside leg as you were looking around. You are left to browse the quite large showroom and if you need help you only have to ask. We asked for assistance and designer Damian advised us. He wasn't pushy, just very helpful. One thing we found odd was that this company still works in feet and inches, weird!

The fitter, Johnny, checked over the design with us before he started work because we'd specified a couple of details which weren't the norm. He carried out a very clean installation which we're happy with. We would recommend the Co. to anyone.

Ordered and fitted within a month. Trevor the salesman was lovely and there was no pressure to buy which was good. The staff in the office are really lovely and helpful and provided us with samples of our chosen wood. The fitter arrived after being stuck on another job and rushed to get here. He fitted the wardrobes beautifully and we are so pleased with them. They are top quality. A great company to use. We had prices from other firms and they did not compare to the sliding doors.
