Asked to speak to manager after a worker was arguing with me in the shop. I have just had lumbar puncture 4 days ago I said. Please can you get manager I can't argue with you I'm not long out of hospital. The manager was rude told me i couldn't receive a refund and when showed marks on item he said hardly see it. I was crying in the shop never felt so disgusted in a shop in all my life.
