Amazing service - they called as soon as they received my order of a table and benches to check I was happy with the sizes I'd chosen - which brand does that these days? Usually companies just let you make the mistake and you pay for it in returns and delays later. Delivery was exactly as quoted. My partner said I was just paying for this good service in the price but O&B were actually the best value for the Ethnicraft products too. Then a surprise thank you arrived. It pays to go with quality.

We cannot recommend Olson and Baker enough. We have purchased furniture from them twice and they were very professional and caring during every step of both occasions. They even let us know that we were missing out on a discount and made sure we were getting it.
What really sets them apart is how frequently and clearly they communicated with us, especially when things did not go to plan. They made our case with the manufacturer and provided us with phone updates as needed.

Olson + Baker were wonderful to deal with. We purchased our item ( a beautiful coat hook) but had to delay delivery due to a trip overseas. We weren't dealing with an automated system, just real people who cared enough to help. The product we bought is brilliant quality.
