Insignia Showers

The Insignia representative was very helpful in determining which spare part I required for my shower. He also provided some additional information regarding the operation of the sauna function. I'm very happy with the resolution.

We bought an Insignia shower cubicle to replace an old 25 year old cubicle. It was simple to install and no mastic a revelation, designing out leak and mess issues, and complicated plumbing, associated with older cubicles. We recently bought consumable spares and the service was second to none, simple on line catalogue and super fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal, the guys exactly guided me, what I was looking for.
Although I am unable to change the 4port selector and hot &cold cartridges, they send the links but they were not for the used and already installed insignia shower cabin, still happy with their CS.

Shower shower came on time nicely packed I didnt need a hand with it brought it himself quite impressed as Im disabled fitter Plumber looks beautiful

Checked the delivery for damage as instructed within 48 hours, on installation turned out Insignia had sent me the wrong doors - costing me a further 300 for a 2nd installation visit from my installers. Vicki in 'customer care' apparently believes that's my fault for not checking the part numbers. Buyer beware!

DO NOT PURCHASE! I would highly recommend staying away from these products. They are very cheaply made and break very easily. We had the shower put in and within a year the basin had cracks in it with water going through which caused damage to the flooring. We were then sent a replacement basin which has now also got multiple cracks in it. That's 2 Basins needing replacing within a 3 year period.

When I raised this with the management team they just sent me a link to buy a new Basin and said there was nothing they could do. Despite numerous attempts in trying to make them understand that the product was clearly faulty for it to break so quick, I was told there is nothing they can do. VERY disappointed by the lack of quality and customer care. STAY AWAY!

Don't waste your time here. Worst customer service I have ever come across. The manager cannot even be bothered to take a call. Firstly I had issues with the product from the start, the panel was faulty, minimal help from customer services throughout. I was getting no cold water, finally after Covid a plumber has come to look at this and told me the cartridge is faulty, Insignia refuse to help because they can't find me on their system and expect me to pay for the faulty parts they delivered. Worst customer service I have ever come across, you will be on your own if anything goes wrong, so be careful! And yes agree about the peeling of chrome! What is that about! I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.

Shower let's warter out when it wants, mirror shattered for nothing no one had used it that day. Very bad customer service. Save a head ache. Don't buy

DO NOT USE Bought a shower that was faulty, the pre drilled holes didn't align so we had to drill our own holes. The waste was substandard and made of paper thin plastic. The so called stainless steel parts have rusted and are made of cheap metal that lasts no tome at all. When seeking advice from insignias technical support guy who was helpful said we should get a partial refund which insignia refused.

We commenced legal action and then bank gave our money back. Insignia lied to the bank about our communications and now we are 800 in debt with the bank. They can afford a television advert but they can't afford to compensate for shoddy workmanship. Avoid and do not buy from them. Their quality of service is as rubbish as their products! BTW the reviews on Google are all made up Don't believe the fake reviews

Rating Insignia Showers - absolute rubbish! Rusting, plastic seat split, clips on shelf disintegrating. Shower is not yet 3 years old, customer service is diabolical, save your money and don't buy

I tend to agree with the previous reviewer, the shower/steam cubicle which we purchased has been falling apart since it was installed and the customer service contact is via e-mail, I recently put in a warranty claim and received a replacement part that was missing the screw thread spoke to Tristan in Technical who was helpful and was promised a call back from his manager John to resolve.

This is the second time I have been promised a call back by John and I'm still waiting. I could go on but poor quality product expensive to repair and maintain, as its not designed to last past the warranty period.
