I must give Forrest furnishings five stars +. I received the best customer care service that I have ever received from a store. From purchasing my goods to the delivery drivers. I certainly won't be shopping anywhere else in the future.

Large furniture warehouse with a wide choice of furniture to suit every budget. Staff friendly and knowledgeable not following you round the warehouse harassing you every five minute. Excellent customer service.

Great staff, good prices and a good selection! We looked at several other shops for a comfortable sofa, but we're impressed by the comfort of the options here. Also looked at other pieces for other rooms and the staff on every floor were really friendly and helpful.

A very good furniture showroom with lots to offer a good range of designer makes at average prices. The only small downer was every so often a salesperson would appear and ask if you folks ? Where all right and do you need any help, but after you politely said no thank you they disappeared back into a wardrobe. Friendly place.

Our dining table and sideboard were delivered early Dec but we were advised of a 6 week delay for the chairs. When they were finally delivered on 12th February and both my wife and I immediately said "that's the wrong colour". Forrest sent an inspector with swabs. These showed that the colour supplied was as invoiced. We referred back to the store and the sales staff who had handled our order explaining that the salesperson had shown us various swabs and we elected to go with the lightest colour (which we thought was also the one on display).
Apparently the display is a darker shade and that is what went onto our order and has been supplied. I'm not trying to cast blame, we may have helped cause the confusion at the point of sale, but, I expect Forrest to offer help rather than stand their ground highlighting that they supplied as per the invoice. The chairs have not been used and we waited twice as long as quoted to get them so I'd expect a more considerate response from Forrest.

My last suite was bought from Forrest Furnishing and I had it for almost 8 years..It still looked as good as the day that it came into my home. Will be going there on Friday with a view to ordering a sofa and chair, so hope the sale is still on.

Good selection of furniture. Quality is of high level and the variation on offer spoils you for choice. If course, this is accompanied by a higher price tag which is warranted for some items but others not so much. Overall if you're looking for quality stuff that will last a long time and looks great then this place is ideal

Huge store with a great range of household furniture whether it be lounge or bedroom and at reasonable prices too. Staff are friendly and knowledgable and no too pushy. Definitely consider visiting here if you are wanting to buy new furniture!
