Impact furniture are good value for money and provide great communication, I was kept up to date with my delivery times. I was informed when it was running late. They asked if i was willing to wait or cancel. I didn't mind waiting so they issued me a small refund for the inconvenience. Item arrived when I expected at the slightly later date. I was very happy with my unit it looked lovely when I had built it up. I'm very pleased, it is just as I had hoped. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

I came across Impact Furniture after looking for a new kitchen, getting one fitted wasn't my plan plus the fitting cost. I read the reviews and looked the there website with lots of different styles and colours I was really impressed plus the very good price, it was easy to order online with everything explained in detail my order arrived promptly on a large pallet in well packaged boxes, I.had already started to dismantle my old kitchen and already made my own design and plan, the units were easy to assemble with clear and comprehensive instructions some wood working knowledge will help, the units are excellent quality ours are grey slab beautifully finished i did make a few of my own alterations and a wine rack and changed the handles, the quality and service is second to none even when I had a small issue it was sorted out straight away I would definitely recommend Impact Furniture.

Arrived quickly & well packed. Lots of different size fixings were all present & correct. Step by step instruction manual online, which was fine. I'm really pleased with the cupboard, which looks great in our bathroom. It's a good size so easily fits all our toiletries & toilet rolls etc.... If I'm pressed to give a small negative comment, it would only be that because the high gloss doors are brilliant white, the rest of the cabinate looks off white. Would have been good to have a choice of other colours, e.g. light or dark grey but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Can not say enough about this company! order'd my kitchen units on the Sunday, and got them Wed ! quality is very good for the price ! i did not want to pay ridiculous prices , and impact furniture was the way to go , plus i messed up a door and when i told them, they sent out a replacment they had, and did not charge me for it, not even B&Q or Wicks would do that, thank you for your service and i would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking to renew there kitchen.

Really happy with our Nora kitchen, still a few finishing touches with plinths and plaster but otherwise pretty perfect. The larders give so much space so we could put in a shelf on the other wall instead. Love the colour and the copper handles. Bought the tap elsewhere but took a handle with us so we could check the colour & it really ties it all together.

I recently purchased a small quantity of 8X30mm wood dowels from this company. The price was ridiculously low and I thought it would be a scam. I thought again and decided who in their right mind would try to scam potential buyers for such a small financial amount. I made the purchase and the package arrived very quickly, much to my suprise. The dowels were well packaged and just what I needed for my latest project. I can not praise this retailer enough for an easy transaction and would recommend to everyone.

Worst seller. Avoid at all costs. Selling faulty items. Cheap made. No cooperation. Accused me in extortion for asking them for a discount just to remove negative feedback of Ebay. Hahaha well done. And yeah, Ebay is full of the sellers like you so that you wasting your time and nerves and money to get refunds or returns etc. And it's a shame for you and Ebay to act like that against a poor NHS frontline worker working hard and risking own health in this unprecedented covid time. I waited patiently for 23 days for my purchased display cabinet and even got rid of my old one in time for my new delivery, spoke to the company yesterday who said it was delayed yet again and should be recieved today (clearly a lie), woke up this morning to an email saying order refunded with no explanation or even apology, absolutely disgusting and the icing on cake is ive got to wait? days for my money back so thats a whole month wasted thanks to these jokers, i advise to avoid at all cost.

Reply to impact furnitures response to my review: At NO point have i recieved an offer of another unit or any discount let alone "another" discount this is a bare faced lie and and the "explanation" for having wasted 4 weeks of my time waiting for my order including my refund to come back to me is totally null and void you just cancelled without explanation made no attempt to explain why that after waiting for 23 days and expecting my item on the very last day it was supposed to finally be due after another delay it was suddenly cancelled by email no less. Never experienced anything like it after many years on ebay.

Bought items from them on eBay. Horrible company! Furniture is made out of cheap board not suitable for bathrooms use. After 12 months of usage all doors on units have bended and washin basin top swell up. This should not be classed as bathroom furniture. They stopped contacting me after blamed everything on me for units damage. Please avoid this company. They sell rubbish quality units and service after sale is non existent when there's an issue.

Zero stars would be perfect for this outfit, only the least I can select is one star. Dreadful company, selling what are 'factory seconds' without mentioning that in their sales descriptions. After sales service ranks so far below acceptable as to be amongst the worst I've ever seen. Their really late reply below mentions a coffee table, when in fact I'd bought two glass fronted cabinets (obviously they must have many unhappy clients to confuse them like this!) I eventually got my money refunded onto my credit card, without the retailers cooperation.
