We visited Lucas in Aylesbury recently and purchased 2 electric and 2 Manual recliner chairs, which have now been delivered . The men who unloaded them were very polite and pleasant - Pete and Nigel, and they put the chairs together and took the packaging away, and they were fast and efficient. They then took away the old suit very carefully too, Thank you Lucas Aylesbury

Good day. Our experience at Lucas was faultless. We paid 2 visits to establish our final choice of sofas and was assisted and guided both times by Lydia Martin who was very knowledgeable on all ranges, models and characteristics of the different styles and offered really good advice on care. The transaction was faultless and communications with Lydia were smooth and immediate. Very pleasant to chat to and her assistance was 1st class.

Excellent service last week from Chloe when we were deciding which style of double bed to select. Very helpful and quick service. Great selection of very good quality furniture at this store with a good range of prices to suit everyone.

I had a specific bed frame in mind, however they didn't have the size I needed. Marie was exceptional in showing me other options, giving me her opinion and being very thoughtful and kind, a massive asset for you Lucas Furniture! It was a pleasure to order with Marie and should I need another bed, I will be back

Great service, staff were very helpful - even carried an accent chair upstairs so we could check it went with the sofa. We didn't feel pressured to make quick decisions. The staff had great knowledge of the products and options. Will definitely recommend Lucas Furniture

On inspection a number of faults were noted and reported
Technician arrived 17/11/21and ordered parts and made note of all faults.
Returned 4/2 /22 but was unable to carry out work as to our concerns of appearance of sofa and explained it’s how we sit on it . We are not over weight and have managed to sit on old sofa for 16 years with no issues , let alone 14 days we’ve complained to Lucas again for them to rebook same guy to come back out but not sure the purpose as was not happy to carry out work as we were not happy with sofas wear faults . Terrible customer service just ticking the boxes . We are now going to get a independent report for further action as credit card ans finance company are being informed

We came in a few weeks ago and bought a dining table and chairs. We were also looking at the Parker Knoll furniture, and Alistair was really helpful and knowledgeable. We have come back today to buy the PK sofa and two chairs from you because of the professional service from Alistair. We could have gone to a store closer to home but chose to come back to Lucas. Thank you again.

It has taken us three visits but we finally decided to order from the Orla Kiely range. Beverley was extremely professional throughout each visit, giving advice when needed but space while we deliberated. With so many choices and combinations we needed the help, now we just have the patience to wait for delivery.

We visited the company for the first time since they moved to the new show room. The new showroom is stunning well laid out with lots of choice. Today we were assisted by a very professional young chap by the name of Stefan who couldn’t help enough not sure how long he has been with the company but has certainly got “The Lucas Ethos” . No sales pressure very competitive prices all in a very relaxed atmosphere.

We purchased a new set of bedroom furniture. Been very honest with delivery dates and only a deposit required with the balance due when our goods arrive in store, that in its self is fantastic. We are now saving hard for new Garden furniture and only one stop for me Lucas World of Furniture.. Thank you Stefan 10/10

Lucas really have been brilliant. They held our items when we needed them to due to a bit of a crisis. the delivery guys were amazing. Highly recommend buying from this company.

We went all the way to Aylesbury and round the town to Lucas from North West London because we couldn’t locate a furniture store nearer or even in Central London with as wide a range of good quality furniture at keen prices. We expected to find it a bit brash and hard sell, far from it, it reminded us of high quality furniture shops in Spain and Germany, everything sparklingly clean, elegantly laid out, air refreshingly filtered, and very helpful staff.

We ended after an hour and a half having found perfect reclining chairs, an elegant small but extending dining table and chairs more suitable for our new retirement home, an Ottoman base for our nearly new Tempur Super King Mattress giving us an enormous storage space, and beautiful chest of drawers and bedside tables. All with 2 very helpful people, Alistair and Graham, samples of materials all arranged and feeling very good.

I did a thorough price comparison with very similar or identical furniture elsewhere and Lucas’s prices were not only lower but more honest, they include delivery, several others show substantial charges such as £60 for a delivery! Great store, we’ll go there to buy the items when we’ve settled the colours.

Visited the old store in July and placed order for leather sofa and two chairs. Sales lady Beverley was extremely helpful and the price paid was very competitive, matching / bettering other retailers.
Pleasant buying experience and would highly recommend this company. Furniture delivered today very efficiently - excellent all round, thank you.

Me and my girlfriend went to get a sofa to Lucas after seeing all the positive reviews. Their new showroom is fantastic! Such great interior design, and the sofas (which we mainly looked at) were amazing. There were so many interesting looking ones. We took our time to find the right one and all the staff were so friendly and offered their help. When they could see that we were just taking our time they happily left us to sit and take our time.

Once we picked one Mr Graeme Beresford helped us with all the information about the product. Helped us with a colour by bringing pieces from other sofas so we have samples on top of what was available. He went above and beyond in his service. Honestly he made this experience 10x better. Thank you very much Lucas and Graeme. We will come back to you for all our furniture shopping.

We had ordered a new 3 piece suite just before shutdown and although they couldn't deliver when they said for obvious reasons they kept us informed the whole time and Graham went beyond to make sure we had a comfortable seat in the meantime. They guys who eventually delivered our suite were exceptional and we are delighted with the suite now we have it. Would think twice before going anywhere else to buy furniture from now on.

Went to the new Lucas furniture store in Aylesbury today and was served by Jason Breeze who was friendly, extremely helpful and new exactly the sort of thing we were after and took me to the chair that was perfect for me. I couldn't have wish for better service.
