5 star doesnt feel high enough, but thats all i can give. From minute one it was a good experience. The phone was answered quickly, professionally, politely, the original quote was quick and accepted very quickly, Performed quickly and VERY professionally by Steve. We then needed some more works done and these were quoted just as fast and carried out quickly.

The date of the 2nd work had to be postponed as one of our house had to self isolate and the work was VERY quickly re-arranged. nothing seems too much trouble for Oakley Carpets. A VERY impressive service and will definitely recommend them to ANYONE who asks.
