What delivery options are available?
Local deliveries within 10 miles cost £15 for orders under £250. Orders over £250 qualify for free delivery up to 20 miles. Contact us for further details.
Can I return purchased items?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Exclusions apply for made-to-order products and perishables.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed via telephone with a credit/debit card or through our website. Showroom visits are also welcome for in-person purchases.
Are products in stock?
Most items are in stock for immediate delivery. Products requiring special order typically arrive within three weeks.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 10am–3pm. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

5 star doesnt feel high enough, but thats all i can give. From minute one it was a good experience. The phone was answered quickly, professionally, politely, the original quote was quick and accepted very quickly, Performed quickly and VERY professionally by Steve. We then needed some more works done and these were quoted just as fast and carried out quickly. The date of the 2nd work had to be postponed as one of our house had to self isolate and the work was VERY quickly re-arranged. nothing seems too much trouble for Oakley Carpets. A VERY impressive service and will definitely recommend them to ANYONE who asks.
