Having ordered with this company before on a few ocasions, without any difficulties, I had no doubts about purchasing from them again in June of this year.

I was originally told 3 weeks for delivery and I stipulated that I would need it between 4 weeks and 9 weeks as it was being delivered to an international address and I would only be available to receive it during that time. I did not think this time frame was unreasonable and nor did the representative from Homewood Interiors who had dealt with a previous order of mine to the same address.

Having not heard anything about my order, I contacted Homewood who assured me the furniture would be delivered by Friday 12th at the latest. Since then, and despite emails and quite a few phone calls to Homewood, I have been unable to get any further information on my order and have been promised call-backs on several occasions now. I have had to cancel my order as there will be no-one here to receive it if it ever becomes available.

I understand about estimated delivery times (my order stated 4 to 6 weeks) and this is why I gave Homewood Interiors plenty of notice and stipulated the time-frame as part of my contract. It's not about the fact that Homewood have been unable to get the furniture in stock; it is more the fact that they have all of a sudden ceased to respond to any of my requests for information.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Homewood Interiors after this experience and I would urge others to proceed with caution as this behaviour by them is consistent with a failing company who could be going out of business soon! I will have to wait until I can visit them in person as I am fortunate enough to live locally to the showroom. For those of you thinking of ordering online, think again!

The reviews below me praising comfyzone are all 100% accurate. This company attributes to everything that a furniture supplier should. Everyone here has already covered most of their great aspects (like free delivery, good prices, etc.), so I want to detail for people how nice their website is.

It is very well designed and easy to use. Their category bar allows convenient navigation so you can easily find the item you are looking for. The checkout process is very simple too, you're in and out in no time. Definitely one of the best websites I've ever done some shopping on.

Perfect experience with comfy zone here! I was told that they have a lot of carpet selections and I have never really bought a portable carpet before so I thought I'd give it a go. Their different options were great and I went with a very pretty green carpet that looks great on my floor right at this moment! It came to my house in perfect condition (delivery was free and timely) and the movers got it laid down on my floor for me, they are very nice people. I give them a little tip for being so helpful and I feel like I can depend on comfy zone for all my future furniture orders, so excited about finally finding a company that doesn't give me any trouble. Comfy Zone all the way!

I was in serious need of a new computer desk.. my little boy jumped up on my old one and it collapsed >_<

Ugh, I know that sounds bad but thankfully Comfy Zone had this great desk called a "Chico Computer Desk" - not sure what that means but it looks GREAT! It's a lot more sturdy than my older one and I think it's going to last for many years! It has a polished, wooden finish that looks amazing with a lamp sitting next to my monitor. Actually writing this review while sitting at the desk right now hehe.

I usually don't shop online for anything but in this case it was an emergency. I doubt I'll be ordering other furniture from comy zone like these other people are doing, but that's not because comfy zone is bad it's just because I don't need anything... in fact, if I ever did need anything in the future I would be back to comfy zone without a doubt. I recommend them to you! Especially if you need a computer desk!

I have tried using so many different furniture suppliers in the past none of them have paralleled the great customer service and prices that Comfy Zone has to offer. Never felt more taken care of when doing business with people. They don't try taking more from your wallet than they need, they don't lie about delivery dates, they aren't rude to you on the phone or when you email them. It really is just an overall great experience with them. The numerous positive reviews on this website are all very genuine and I wouldn't dare shop with a different furniture provider ever again. I am officially loyal to Comfy Zone because they are loyal to me! Visit their website if you need any furniture yourself! I promise you will not regret it! Giving them 5 stars tonight :)

I'm not about to start worshiping this company like some of the other people here are doing, but I will do these other reviews justice by agreeing with the fact that Comfy Zone is, at the very least, in the top 10 range of best furniture providers. I can tell that their website was designed by professionals because it is very easy on the eyes and not nearly as complicated as some of the other sites I've interacted with in the past.

At the top of their website is a big advertisement saying they do free delivery and they aren't lying; when I ordered my new coffee table they didn't charge me a single penny for delivery and it made it to my door on time, which honestly surprised me. Recommend Comfy Zone to any ambitious shoppers out there looking for good deals and quality customer service.

Comfy Zone is all right... they do have a decent selection of products but I wasn't a big fan of their free delivery... it took a little too long for my order to show up. The people are nice and the prices are acceptable, just wish the delivery was faster. For the most part they are fine and there is no harm in doing business with them.

My friend had been ordering furniture from Comfy Zone for a while so I was thinking about trying them myself. My son has grown up so much over the years so I really wanted to get him a new bed that would better fit his size (not to mention my budget lol). Found an excellent sized hudson bed and my boy loves it. Looks great in his room and my wife was happy with it too, which is always a nice bonus since I am terrible at shopping. I guess if my wife approved of Comfy Zone then they must be good.

I was a little frustrated about how their website didn't have the dining room chairs I was looking for in stock, but when I called them to ask if they could help me out they were surprisingly helpful. They told me that they could have the product available within 24 hours and then deliver it directly to my house free of charge. They even offered me a discount on the order to make up for the inconvenience. these people are really nice. They seem to actually care about their patrons instead of just trying to make money.

I think I'm going to be ordering from their website again. I'll be needing a new bed for my newborn who is expected in a few months. Can't wait :)

Even though I live close to their shop I decided to order online instead. I had heard great things about their website selection and it was all true. My husband and I had been saving up money for a while to do a complete revamp of our furniture situation so I was looking to buy more than just a couple of things. Fortunately, I was able to find everything I needed thanks to their many categories. We bought a couple of new carpets, a new bed and some new dining room furniture. Our children are home schooled and they had a very cute Mexican dinette set that we now use for lunch time! One minor setback was that it took a little longer than anticipated to get a hold of them. It wasn't that big a deal though. They are nice people and we were able to get everything taken care of at a very reasonable price. This company doesn't get enough credit for its overall great service, I am fairly certain that I'll be back in the future.
