I have been chasing an £80 refund for a piece of furniture that's hasn't been delivered for 5 months.
Costumer service is extremely poor and keep on finding excuses as to why furniture wasn't delivered and how "can't get in touch with boss to ask for refund".
I was asked to email their costumer service account which was fake.

This is the best design and furniture shop in town and of course we were in desperate need of something to replace habitat when it shut down. There's not a single thing in this shop you wouldn't want to buy.
