When you order on our website your order will not be left to a computer to fulfil it will be handed direct to a salesperson at the store who will contact you personally to discuss your order and lead you through the process from order to dispatch of the goods.
Unlike many other companies we only ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of your order value on placing your order on line. The balance will not become payable until the goods are in stock and you are ready for delivery. These are the same terms we offer in our stores.
We go to great lengths to ensure that everything we sell is of the highest quality and all our furniture is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery. Obviously, fair wear and tear is excluded but should there be any manufacturing defects in that 2 year period we guarantee we will repair the product or if we are unable to repair it will replace it free of charge.
Of course for that extra piece of mind you can also invest in our Guardsman 5 year protection plan. Guardsman’s 5 year cover lets you relax and enjoy your new investment, with our fabric cover any spills will be taken care of and if you purchase a leather sofa you will get the additional cover against rips, tears, burns or scratches.
